Held on Saturday, September 10th at the Lac Saint-Joseph Golf Club, the 22nd edition of the Carlisopen Golf Tournament was a tremendous success. The event benefited Leucan Région Québec for the 18th time.
The 120 golfers and partners who gathered for the occasion raised $45,000 for Leucan, allowing them to directly and tangibly help children with cancer and their families. Since its inception, the tournament has raised $564,050 for Leucan.
Leucan presented the “Camie” trophy, the name of Leucan’s ladybug emblem, to Ms. Isobel Tardif and Mr. Carl Thibeault, the organizers of the tournament, to thank them for their loyalty and generosity.
The “Camie” award is a recognition offered to committed partners who work with Leucan and who help raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, as the Carlisopen organizers have done in 22 editions.
The entire Leucan team feels privileged to be able to count on the collaboration and solidarity of Ms. Isobel Tardif and Mr. Carl Thibeault year after year.
