Leucan wishes to express its gratitude to ALBI le Géant for its outstanding commitment and significant contribution to the Association’s mission during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
Thanks to the tremendous efforts of teams from ALBI le Géant, and the generosity of donors, a number of initiatives were successfully undertaken, raising an impressive $66,833 for Leucan.
Following ALBI le Géant’s participation in the 2022 Leucan Shaved Head Challenge, presented by Proxim, the company stepped up its efforts in 2023 with additional activities. These included the sale of T-shirts to benefit the Association, a Leucan Shaved Head Challenge in their dealerships, and a fundraiser during the Group‘s popular golf tournament. The company also made a donation for every vehicle delivered in September, marking Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
We wish to highlight the incredible commitment of Cathy Laroche, Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Media at ALBI le Géant, who brilliantly fulfilled her role as Honorary President of the 2023 Leucan Shaved Head Challenge in Laurentides–Lanaudière. Her efforts have reached new heights with her bold participation in the Leucan’s Expedition to Morocco in April 2024. The remarkable adventure, for which she signed up before the end of her honorary presidency, promises to create intense interest and generate further support for the cause.
