Online, via your fundraising page (recommended): After completing your registration, a secure fundraising web page will be automatically created. You will receive a link by email that you can customize and share. Donors will receive a tax receipt by email automatically, so you don’t have to fill out a donation form.

Cash or cheque: Although we recommend online donations, cash and cheques are also accepted. Remember not to make an online donation in your name for these amounts to avoid any legal issues. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $20 or more or upon request.

The collection form is required for cash or cheque donations. It identifies donors and their contact information in order to provide them with a tax receipt.

Here are the ways to give your donations:

Donations made online automatically entitle donors to a tax receipt, which donors will receive by email.

For cash or cheque donations, a tax receipt will be issued for any donation of $20 or more, if the collection form is correctly completed. If the donor receives an asset in return, the receipt will be adjusted accordingly.

Donations made online are transferred directly to Leucan.

For cash or cheque donations, tally up the total and fill out the fundraising form. Be sure to include the following information:

• Your full name
• Your team name
• The activity you are participating : Leucan Ultramarathon
• All cheques must be made payable to LEUCAN.

If you are 16 years old or younger, parental permission is required to participate in the Leucan Ultramarathon. Please fill out the appropriate form and send it to Lorie-Anne:

You have two options to access your page:

Option 1: Use the links provided during registration 

Option 2: Search for your name in the list of participants

1. Go to the participant search page.
2. Select the “Teams” or “Participants” tab depending on whether you are looking for your team page or your personal page.
3. Enter your name in the search bar and click on the search magnifying glass to find your page.

Click “See Details” next to your name in the search results to go to your personal or team page.

You have two options for editing your page: 

Option 1: Via the Participant Center 

1. Ensure you’re logged in to your profile before accessing any settings or pages.
2. Go to the “Participant Center” at the top.
3. From the menu on the left, select “Page Settings.”

Option 2: Directly from your fundraising page 

1. Ensure you’re logged in to your profile before accessing any settings or pages.
2. Click on the “Manage my page” button in the top right.
3. From the menu on the left, select “Page Settings.”

Editable elements: 

• Enable the option to display the fundraising page in both languages.

• Page Name

• Collection Purpose

• Custom Link

• Page Description 
• Photo or video of the page

(Only team captains can edit their team page) 

You have two options:

2. Go to the “Participant Center” at the top.
3. Click on the “Teams” tab and click on the team you are looking for.
4. From the left menu, select “Team Settings.“

Option 2: Directly from your team page

1. Make sure you’re logged in to your profile.
2. Click on the “Manage my team” button in the top right.
3. From the menu on the left, select “Page Settings.”

1. Make sure you’re logged in to your profile.
2. From the “Participant Center“, select your page under the “Personal Pages” tab.
3. In the left menu, click on “Offline Donations” and choose “Add Donation“.
4. Fill in all the fields and click “Save“.

Important: Complete the fundraising form for all cash or cheque donations. Send the form to your Leucan contact to issue tax receipts.
