Today, Leucan kicks off the 2018 edition of the Leucan Ski Challenge presented by Lanctôt Ltd. In teams of 1 to 4 people, the population is invited to raise at least $500 for children with cancer and ski for a complete day on one of the four participating mountains throughout Quebec: March 10 at Mont-Vidéo or March 17 at Bromont, montagne d’expériences, Vallée du Parc and Station touristique Stoneham. Leucan is proud to announce that Lanctôt Ltd, distributor and producer of premium sports and ski goods, apparel and eyewear, has become the presentor of the Leucan Ski Challenge. “Here at Lanctôt, sport is our passion. We have chosen, as a family business, to help other families going through difficult ordeals through sport,” says Diane Lantôt, president.
This year, the Canadian skier Geneviève Simard, Olympian in 2002 and 2006, has become co-spokesperson of the event. She joins Félix Séguin, main sports commentator of the Canadians of Montreal at TVA Sports, coming back as as spokesperson for a second year.
