When everything changes

At age 4, Lohan should have been thinking about starting kindergarten.

Nothing could have prepared Vincent and Zoé for the reality that was about to hit them…

In a matter of hours, the family was thrust into a reality of surgeries, urgent treatments, and endless hospital stays, far from their everyday lives.

A reassuring presence thanks to you

Shortly after the diagnosis, a Leucan counselor knocked on their door.

Amid the chaos, she became a beacon of hope.

“Leucan has become like a second family to us.”

Thanks to donors, Lohan also discovered the Leucan playroom, a refuge where children can smile again, even in the middle of the hospital.

Outside the hospital, still isolated to protect Lohan, the whole family is invited to Leucan activities. Safe and adapted, this is where they were able to catch their breath, talk to other families who truly understand what they are going through, and finally feel less isolated.
