In 2018, Leucan’s Board of Directors created a scholarship to highlight the exceptional contribution of Caroline Rivest, head of the games room animation service at CHU Sainte-Justine for 30 years. This scholarship will support a student, financially, as part of their academic career.
Leucan will contribute $1,000 to a student in Ms. Rivest’s field of study, in either :
- Special Care Counselling;
- Social Services;
- Early Childhood Education.
Applications can be submitted until November 1, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Leucan will award $1,000 to a student based on the following eligibility criteria
- Be a student at a recognized educational establishment in Quebec in special care counselling, social service or early childhood education;
- Be registered in second or final year of study;
- Demonstrate academic performance as well as community and social involvement
Application and supporting documents
All applications must be submitted online via the designated web form. The following documents must also be submitted with your application:
- A cover letter;
- A letter of reference from at least one teacher at the school attended and/or recent
volunteer involvement.
