It is with the same enthusiasm as when I started my fourth year as chairman of the board of directors at Leucan. This role represents for me a stimulating and deeply significant challenge, which I continue to face with pride and commitment.
I am the mother of three magnificent children, my youngest of whom is today in perfect health after overcoming acute lymphoblastic leukemia. During this difficult period, Leucan played a key role in our journey, and I will always be grateful to them. My involvement in the organization is for me a way to give back to the next one and to accompany other families through the ordeal of the disease.
Professionally, I am a CPA and partner at the firm Demers Beaulne. I have the privilege of supporting entrepreneurs in all their projects of greatness, a mission that aligns with the one I pursue at Leucan: supporting families so that they find strength, resources and hope.
I strongly believe that together we can turn trials into victories, and sow seeds of hope that will continue to grow far beyond us.

Member of the Leucan Board of Trustees since 2019 and involved in the executive and philanthropic development committees. Involved in the ambassadors’ committee of the Leucan Experience evening for 8 years and now as president of the committee, I had the opportunity to work with the organization’s permanent staff and to get to know outstanding people dedicated to making these events a great success.
I am the father of three beautiful young adults, Alexandre, Justine and Rémi. In 2014, our family was touched by illness as Remi was diagnosed with T-type acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He is now in remission and healthy. From the first days of Rémi’s illness, Leucan was there to support us on many levels. Through my involvement, I hope to accomplish a significant gesture for Leucan, the children who, like Rémi, deserve our support as well as all the families affected by the challenges of their disease.

Leucan came into my life in December 2015, when my daughter Dorothée was diagnosed with leukemia. Since then, Leucan has accompanied and supported me and continues to do so today even after Dorothée’s death. This is why I wish to get involved in Leucan’s board of directors, in order to participate in its mission and to support the children who are courageously fighting cancer and their families.

I am very proud to serve as a board member of Leucan, an exceptional organization that provides invaluable support to children with cancer and their families. In 2020, the youngest of my four children was diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer. It was an incredibly challenging time, marked by intensive treatments and a great deal of uncertainty. Throughout that journey, Leucan was a comforting and essential presence for our family. Today, my son is doing well, and it feels only natural for me to give back in return.
Professionally, I have been working in executive recruitment for 25 years, both with international firms and local search boutiques.

Founding President
When he was just 5 months old, my son Alec was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He passed away at the age of 3 and a half. To survive his loss, I founded the ALECxange Foundation, which provides financial support to families with a child battling cancer. Since 2023, I have been collaborating with Leucan, donating all the funds we raise to enhance their emergency fund.
Leucan has been a part of my life since 1998. I know just how essential this organization is for families — a helping hand from the moment of diagnosis, one that never lets go, even when the worst happens. Serving on the Board of Directors is an honor and a great privilege. I bring with me not only my personal experience, but also a broad network in the business world, which I hope will have a positive impact on this organization that means so much to me.

At 13 months old, my daughter Margaux was diagnosed with an extremely rare Wilms’ tumor. It was a shock, a whirlwind of uncertainty that turned our daily lives upside down. Today, she’s in remission and in full health, thanks in no small part to Leucan. Their presence, attentiveness and concrete help transformed moments of despair into moments of hope and comfort, bringing a smile back to Margaux’s face during her stay and numerous visits to the hospital.
At the same time, as an experienced entrepreneur and manager, I have devoted over 15 years to growing businesses in strategic and operational leadership roles. In particular, I built up the Canadian division of a listed European group in connected technology engineering. Today, as President and CEO, I am deeply committed to tackling major societal challenges and making a positive impact on the world.
It is with this dual professional expertise and deep personal commitment that I am privileged to join Leucan’s Board of Directors. I firmly believe that every child with cancer deserves the best support, and that our collective action can transform lives by offering hope and support to families.
