For nearly three decades, Fairmont Le Château Montebello has stood by Leucan’s bereaved families through the “Une histoire de cœur” program. This meaningful partnership offers families a moment of pause to recharge in a peaceful setting and create cherished memories together.

Between January 6 and April 30 2025, the hotel once again opened its doors to offer a one or two-night respite stay. The stay included breakfast for the whole family as well as complimentary meals for children under 12 (children’s menu) and a 50% discount for other family members.

I wanted to send this as a way of expressing our deepest gratitude to you, Leucan and Fairmont Le Château Montebello for having accommodated our family over the past couple of days. It was a very memorable experience, as I turned 50 during our stay there, and Rosalina’s little brother, Isa, learned how to play chess in Montebello’s Great Hall. We are so happy to have had this beautiful stay there thanks to all of you!

This long-standing partnership, ongoing since 1997, is a testament to a deeply human commitment to Leucan’s mission to support families affected by childhood cancer, even beyond treatment.
