Return and Refund Policy
Leucan Online Store

Purchases made on Leucan’s online store are final sales. Exchanges and refunds are not possible, except in the following situations:

1. Defective Product

If the item received has a manufacturing defect, an exchange or refund will be granted.
You must email us within a reasonable time after receipt and provide proof of the defect (photo or detailed description).

2. Order Mistake

If Leucan makes a mistake when preparing your order, you may request an exchange or refund with presentation of a proof picture.

3. Delivery Exceeding the Stated Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.
If no package has been received within 30 days after the end of this period (i.e., after 51 days in total), you are entitled to request a refund.

Return or Refund Procedure

For any eligible return request, you must write to info@leucan.qc.ca providing:

• the email address used to order;
• the name of the item(s) ordered;
• a description of the problem;
• supporting photos (when required).
