Every summer, the Leucan-CSN Summer Camp welcomes children with cancer and their siblings and parents to enjoy a real vacation and forget the illness for a moment.
Leucan is looking for volunteer massage therapists for the Leucan-CSN Summer Camp 2018 in order to provide a massage therapy service for children with cancer as well as their parents and siblings.
Prerequisites and conditions:
- Be an accredited massage therapist, have a professional liability insurance and be a member of a recognized association
- Be available for a whole Camp week either: from July 21 to 27, 2018 or from July 28 to August 3, 2018
- Participate in a pre-camp training week-end from Friday May 25 in the evening to Sunday May 27 at noon
- Undergo a selection interview as well as a verification of criminal records
The Camp will be held at base de plain air Le Saisonnier at Lac Beauport, 30 minutes north of Quebec City.
