On March 27, The Fédération des producteurs d’œufs du Québec generously provided a lunch to the parents of children hospitalized at the CHU Sainte-Justine cooked by chef Stéphane Fontaine. On the menu: classic parmesan Stracciatella, Eggs and rice with salad and French toast muffins.
This lunch allowed parents to get out of their hospital rooms, talk to other parents and Leucan employees and take a break to eat a healthy, warm and nutritious meal. For parents of hospitalized children, the time they have for themselves is rare or non-existent. Sharing a delicious meal surrounded by people who understand them was very appreciated.
