Since 2001, the hosts of the popular Simon Gagné Golf Tournament – i.e. Simon Gagné of the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Old Timers Hockey Club – have been giving this event’s proceeds to Leucan, Québec City region. Three hundred golfers take part in the tournament annually, including business people from the area, NHL hockey players, as well as other individuals.

 

A truck ride with Transport Jacques Auger Inc.

Jacques Auger has been a supporter of Leucan since the death of one of his employees' son in 2003. The company came up with the idea to organize an activity called “Promenade en camion”. During this event for the whole family, people get to ride along in a tank truck through the streets of Québec City. Since the event's first edition, more than 1,300 people of all ages have experienced this fun ride!
