Julie Trahan, Leucan member, is the 2015 Pat Burns Award laureate

On April 10, 2015, at the 7^th National Conference to Defeat Cancer, Julie Trahan, mother of Zoé and Leucan member, was presented with the Pat Burns Award. Created in 2011, the Pat Burns Award pays tribute to caregivers who have distinguished themselves in supporting loved ones with cancer.

Thus, the Award recognizes Julie’s compassion, selflessness and devotion to her daughter Zoé, who has been fighting brain cancer for six years.

Leucan extends its heartfelt congratulations to Julie on receiving this well-deserved honour.
